let's talk organization
I like to think that I'm pretty organized. I'm just that type of person. Everything has it's place.
Of course, most times my house doesn't look it, it's messy. But I like what one blogger said, that she's a crafter not a clean house freak. Those are my words, I don't remember the extra way that she said it.
Today I happened to come across the blog Delightful Order written by DaNita.
Wow! she puts my organizational skills to shame! She has her whole house organized down to school lunches!
I love this idea that she came up with to organize and prepare school lunches for the week for her 3 sons.

She bought 5 3-compartment trays at the dollar store and fills them up with her son's lunches for the week. So all she has to do each morning is grab the tray and put the food into their lunch boxes.
My kids choose each day whether they want hot or cold lunch but this would still be a good idea for having the cold lunch food already put together. It would be a lot easier than me trying to make their lunches in the morning while also trying to get them out of bed and dressed then eat breakfast.
I've tried to get them to make their lunches the night before but bedtime is crazy enough already.
Be sure to check out her blog on organizing, she has some great ideas!
P.S. *sandwich making tip:*
You can make sandwiches and freeze them.
~If you make PBJs put the PB on both slices of bread (one side lightly just to seal it from the jelly).
~If you do lunchmeat then put the condiment between the meat and cheese. It works! :) No mushy bread. :)
"Well duh!" I say to myself....I always buy two loaves of bread and freeze one until we need it. So guess what else I'll be doing along with school lunch trays
