Well, I wanted something now, not having to order or go shopping for the items needed.
So, my tutorial is for those of us who want to just use something from around the house.
Step 1: Dig out some plastic container lids. For the size I just cut the small lid out in where it's set in on top. Then trace onto other lids
Step 2: I found something that was 2 inches in diameter and traced it in the middle of the lids.
Step 3: Cut out circles and label. You could also use a cereal box for the labels. They are not as sturdy as the plastic lids but will work in a pinch.
Step 4: Place on clothes rod and enjoy!
Notes:
- use colored permanent markers to write the sizes so they stand out more
- you can make the inside circle smaller than 2 inches.
- a couple of blogs where I liked their ideas: http://freshcrush.com/2011/01/baby-clothes-dividers/ and http://journeychic.com/2010/04/14/diy-closet-dividers/
- maybe later I'll be more motivated to make some fancier ones but for now these will work. Baby won't care and no one will see them.
